I love pasta and for years I’ve been a fan of  a certain popular brand.  When I received samples of ShopRite’s new Imported Organic Specialty Pasta, I contemplated all the weeknight dinner possibilities.  For this recipe I decided to keep it simple and use two ShopRite Imported products (San Marzano Tomatoes and Imported Organic Specialty Pasta) to create a simple meal that doesn’t require any culinary expertise.  The quality is impressive enough for food enthusiasts, but the recipe is familiar enough to please children.   Read More »

Pappa al Pomodoro is a classic Italian soup from Tuscany that is rich and velvety with a blend of tomatoes, garlic, basil and stale Italian bread. The ingredients are simple but the soup is decidedly not.
