One of the very best things that ShopRite sells is their Imported Basting Oil made of canola and grapeseed oils infused with garlic, thyme and parsley. The versaitlity of it is enough to make your head spin once you get going. I first used it for the following recipe, a filet of tilapia brushed with it and then crusted in ShopRite almonds, but once I began experimenting, I found the possibilities were deliciously endless. Ring In Spring With ShopRite Almonds

For six weeks every year, my family does not eat meat on Fridays. My husband looks forward to these days, because he’s a big seafood lover, so I indulge him with shrimp and crab and other delicacies. But since a pregnancy induced fish aversion never went away for me, I usually make myself a nice salad instead.  The problem with salad though, is that it doesn’t always fill me up and I’m hungry a couple of hours later.
