Thanksgiving Leftovers? It’s A Wrap! LITERALLY A Wrap!

With Thanksgiving behind us (by a day), I am sure that some of us still have fridges full of yummy holiday leftovers.  But seriously, who wants to eat the same plate full of food, over and over again until it’s gone?  Being an inventive family and having been provided a $25 gift card to spend at our LOCAL ShopRite store … I decided that making a “wrap” for lunch would be a great way to use up some leftovers and offer a different lunch option for this coming week!

What I purchased:

Flour tortillas

Cream Cheese

Spinach (raw)

Shredded Carrots (raw)

Green Onions

Zesty Italian Dressing

I used some left over turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce!  It may seem like a lot…but it is loaded with flavors too!  My finished product had not only a delicious taste, but it look amazing too!  In fact, it had other’s in the family wanting the same thing mommy was eating!  YUM!

There is so much you can do with your leftovers, and honestly so many different kinds of wraps you can create using tid bits from your holiday meal!  Have fun, be creative and your mouth will thank you for it!
