ShopRite New Blog Panel

About: SusanW

Susan Walter
Subee, aka Sue Walter, has been cooking and baking since she was a kid growing up in Washington State, but didn’t fully realize her passion for food until she moved to Paris after college. Living there for two years taught her that good food doesn’t have to be complicated, and that chocolate croissants can be part of a balanced diet. After business school and a decade working in brand management, Subee embarked on a new career as at-home mom. She now shuttles two kids around Morristown, NJ, heads up the school PTO, and cooks from scratch as much as the real world allows. She loves the challenge of creating meals that are wholesome, easy and family-friendly, and chronicles her favorites on her blog, Subee’s Kitchen. Subee is eager to experiment with ShopRite’s private label products and looks forward to sharing new discoveries as a ShopRite blog panelist.

Parmesan Onion Cracker Bites

Posted by , February 28th, 2014

As far as appetizers go, parmesan onion puffs are hardly new.  In fact, I found a version of this classic retro recipe in just about every Junior League and Ladies’ Hospital Auxiliary cookbook I own.  What is new, however, is using crackers as the base (thus saving the step of toasting bread slices).
