Jessica has always had a passion for food and got her knack for baking from her two grandmothers that were both avid bakers. Jessica loves trying out new recipes and creating her own as she goes. Jessica was a kindergarten teacher before the arrival of her daughter this past summer and has been blessed to be able to stay at home for her first year. She is loving every minute with her daughter and is passionate about being healthy and working out, especially as she is currently training to run her first 5K! A ShopRite shopper for five years and frequent customer at the ShopRite of Sicklerville, Jessica is excited to have the opportunity to be part of the ShopRite blog panel and test out their private label food products they offer in their stores. Jessica looks forward to using the private label items to create healthy meals and yummy desserts for her family. Jessica grew up in Pennsylvania, but currently resides in New Jersey with her wonderful husband, daughter and eight year old pug dog.

Sweet Potato Casserole

Thanksgiving and Christmas are my favorite holidays! There are so many activities going on and family get together’s that I get to cook and bake a lot! I’m always in charge of the sweet potatoes and every year I try to do something different with them! Shop Rite Imported 4 Cheese Pizza

Cheesy Meaty Rigatoni Alfredo

When I got my latest package from Shop Rite, I was SUPER excited to see that it was PASTA.  All kinds of pasta! Bags and bags of the brand new ShopRite Imported Pasta. I was super excited because there are so many things you can do with pasta.  Pasta is a great staple to have in the kitchen because of it’s versatility.   I know I can also create something everyone will like to eat for dinner, including my 13 month old daughter, who’s becoming a picky little eater!
