ShopRite New Blog Panel

About: Christine

Christine Hmiel blogs at Unspeakable Visions, where she writes about home-cooked meals, DIY projects and handcrafted goods. Christine cooks in a tiny urban kitchen (a miniature stove and not a single kitchen drawer!) and believes you can still cook a great meal from scratch even if you have to chop your vegetables in the living room and plug your blender in next to your bed. Christine wants those with a limited budget to know that it’s possible to seek out natural foods to use when creating delicious, wholesome meals for the whole family. As a ShopRite blog panelist, Christine is looking forward to creating recipes and menus that help link people of all incomes and backgrounds to healthier food choices. Christine resides in Albany, NY and can’t wait to start shopping the aisles of the ShopRite of Niskayuna.
